Captain Burke park Kangaroo Point

Captain Burke Park, 75 Holman St Kangaroo Point.

This isn’t a big playground for Brisbane Kids but the view of the city is spectacular. Have a picnic at one of the available picnic tables while the kids watch the city cats go by and ogle at the Story Bridge (which you are basically sitting under). There are extensive walkways, toilets, wheelchair access, bbqs & drinking water. The river is right there, and there is some fencing, but always watch the littlies. This is a WOW playground for Brisbane Kids due to its location and all things to do at South Brisbane for Kids such as the Queensland Museum, South Bank and the Gallery of Modern Art. Unfenced.
