The Grange Library Park, Evelyn St, The Grange

This is a lovely unique park situated behind the grange library. This park has so many special features from counting and sign language boards, to weighing scales, to a little shelter that uses light and coloured plastic to create a truly special experience for a toddler. It boasts swings and numerous climbing nets all over the place and a double slippery dip to stop any arguments. It also has the benefit of being behind the library, so there are public toilets and there is a community cafe literally next to the park, that is opened in the middle of the day. Just be aware the library doesn’t open until 10 and is closed on a Monday. Still.. a park worth visiting. (no BBqs). Not Fenced. More pictures on the Brisbane Kids Facebook Page

Just a note that the community cafe is currently closed. I’ll leave a note when/if it is open again.
