Grinstead Park, Enoggera/Alderley Playground, Shand Street
This is a huge fort style playground with swings, slides and various activities within the playground itself- impressively sized for Brisbane Kids. Has a half court and also a fitness area featuring a circuit. It has BBQ facilities, limited undercovered area, several park benches and is close to a skate bowl for older children. It has toilet facilities and ample parking.
Opportunities for bike riding with paths leading all over the north of Brisbane. There is a water course right next to this playground- it isn’t obvious to kids except for a bridge that connects to the skate park. We have had a tiny issue with our kids wanting to cross the bridge but it is a good 10 metres atleast from the playground. Enoggera Playground is located on Shand Street Enoggera. Not Fenced.
