The QLD State Library
The Queensland State Library is Centred right between the Art Gallery and the Gallery Of Modern Art at SouthBank. They have devoted an entire section to Brisbane Kids. They have a Pen Plan Parlour which runs daily from 10am-4pm thats asks kids to look to the future and think about how they may live. They also have the Corner which is more of a place than an event but it also runs from 10-4pm daily. Have a tea party, fish for critters or read under an autumn tree- in addition between 10-12pm daily there is a guided adventure by one of the State Library Team Members. They also have Kids Yoga every wednesday between 10am-2noon and Rhyme time every Thursday between 10am and 3pm.
