The popular Vaalia Feel Good Program Series Two launched last weekend at The Parklands, South Bank with Brisbane’s Vaalia-yoghurt-loving Yoga crowd turning up early to participate in the free fitness classes. South Bank’s most popular fitness and lifestyle program will run from Saturday 1 October – Thursday 24 November 2011.

Mind and Movement
Relax at Mind and Movement and increase your flexibility, strength and balance while improving overall wellbeing with Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi movements. Class duration is one hour.

Mummy & Me Yoga
New mums can regain body strength and tone in a safe and effective way with their baby (12 weeks to active crawling) at Mummy and Me Yoga. Class duration is one hour.
Every Tuesday at 9:30am at Picnic Island Green.
Aqua Aerobics
Cool off at Aqua Aerobics while burning calories and building strength at this low impact class. Class duration is 45 minutes.
Every Saturday at 9:30am at the Boat Pool.
