Brisbane Art Classes for 2-5 year olds:
Introduce children to the world of art making through the engagement of media, tools and techniques, such as: painting, printing, sculpture, drawing, collage, textiles and clay. Each lesson is set to encourage students to experiment with colours, textures and mark making. They learn to solve problems and discover that sometimes the process of art making can be more important than the end product. Art is offered to students alongside songs, music, stories and books to complement the unit’s theme. First class is free for this age group!
Fun Brisbane Art Classes for 6-13 year olds:
Art classes for 6-13 year olds further explore the world of art making. Students are given endless opportunities to engage with and explore a variety of media and tools, they are also encouraged to build on knowledge of learnt techniques throughout the weeks.
Classes follow set themes over 5 week blocks, where students learn about the elements and principles of design, alongside discovering various artists and the media and techniques they employed.
With close guidance from a practising artist and qualified secondary art teacher, students work on set projects at their own pace, where they are given the opportunity to discover and extend on with their individual artistic style. Students will also be given tasks to take home to further in their art discovery.
School Holiday Workshops for ages 6-13 year olds:
Are a fun and stimulating way for your child to spend their school holidays designing and creating their own original artworks. Choose from a range of exciting projects such as: 3D Robot, Jewellery Making, Screen Printing and Creating a Cartoon Strip.
Brisbane Art Parties for 2-13 year olds:
Are such an exciting way for your children to spend a special birthday or celebration. Children are guided through a chosen themed art party project, this may include activities such as painting, drawing, sculpture, print making, clay work, collage work and jewellery making. At the end of each art party, every child goes home with their own unique art work. If you have your own idea or theme please let us know and we can arrange something special.
