Held annually on the last Sunday in July\, this much-loved local event highlights the spirit and creativity of the Sandgate district. \nFirst established in 1992\, the Einbunpin Festival is a true celebration of the area’s unique village atmosphere\, natural environment\, and the rich tapestry of cultures and talents that make up the community. The festival has been auspiced by the Sandgate & Bracken Ridge Action Group (SANDBAG) since its inception and continues to be organised by a dedicated team of local volunteers. \nSet around the picturesque lagoon and surrounding parklands bordered by Brighton Road\, Keogh Street\, Lagoon Street\, and Bowser Parade\, the festival offers something for everyone.
