Join them as they pull out all of the games and cleverness at their disposal to get Dad off that bean bag. \nBluey’s Big Play is a theatrical adaptation of the Emmy® award-winning children’s television series\, with an original story by Bluey creator Joe Brumm and new music by Bluey composer Joff Bush. Join Bluey and her family in their first live theatre show made just for you\, featuring brilliantly created puppets. This is Bluey as you’ve never seen it before\, brought to real life. \nAge recommendation\nRecommended for all ages. Children under 18 months at the time of the show are free on the knee. \nWarning\nThis performance contains smoke\, haze and strobe lighting. \nAudience participation\nAfter the performance\, some audience members will have the chance to join in games of “Keepy Uppy”\, one using air-filled balls (made from materials free of BPA\, latex and PVC) and another using bubbles (with a non-staining solution). As with many children’s games\, Keepy Uppy can sometimes become boisterous and unpredictable. For safety reasons\, only audience members seated in the stalls can take part. Other areas of the theatre will not be able to join in. Anyone who prefers not to take part is encouraged to leave the theatre after the curtain call. \nRelaxed performance: Tuesday 19 January 2027\, 12:30pm\nRelaxed performances are for anyone who would benefit from a more relaxed environment\, including people with autism\, sensory sensitivities\, learning disabilities or dementia\, as well as those living with anxiety or who have experienced trauma. The description is sent through a discreet headset using radio frequency. \nPlan your visit\nWhen: Wednesday 13th – Sunday 24th January 2027; 9:30\, 12:30pm daily\, plus 3:30pm on weekends \nWhere: Glasshouse Theatre\, QPAC\, Russell St\, South Brisbane 4101 \nMore information and tickets here
