DESCRIPTION:Asia Pacific Triennial Kids on Tour at Redcliffe Art Gallery\nChildren and families can enjoy a variety of hands-on\, creative activities at Redcliffe Art Gallery as part of the free Asia Pacific Triennial Kids on Tour program\, presented by Queensland Art Gallery | Gallery of Modern Art (QAGOMA). This exciting initiative features art-making experiences developed in collaboration with artists from across Asia and the Pacific\, encouraging young visitors to explore different cultural perspectives through creativity. \nNo bookings are required\, and all activities are free to attend. Redcliffe Art Gallery is open from Tuesday to Saturday\, 10am to 4pm. \nChildren can engage in activities such as designing intricate patterns inspired by Saudi Arabian and Palestinian artist Dana Awartani\, drawing imaginative monsters with Malaysian artist Harold Egn Eswar\, and reflecting on their dreams for the future through a project by Cambodian artist Yim Maline. DESCRIPTION:Brisbane Toy and Hobby Fair\nToy Capital of Oz returns on Saturday 4th May 2025 for a massive day of collectable fun at Nissan Arena\, Nathan. From 9am to 3pm\, the venue will transform into a treasure trove of die-cast model cars\, trading cards\, vintage toys\, pop culture memorabilia\, LEGO\, sports collectables\, Australiana and more. \nA huge range of items will be on offer including iconic brands like Matchbox\, Hot Wheels\, Dinky\, Biante\, Trax\, and Classic Carlectables. Sports fans can browse an extensive collection of trading cards from the NBA\, NRL\, AFL\, cricket\, NFL and soccer. Non-sport cards will also be available\, featuring TV and film franchises\, plus card supplies and accessories. \nCollectors and fans of all ages will enjoy everything from action figures and bobbleheads to vintage toys\, posters\, magazines and paper ephemera.
