With its rich history dating back to 1909\, the Noosa Show continues to be a cherished institution\, showcasing a diverse mix of ring events\, competitions\, displays\, and\, of course\, delicious food. \nIn 2024\, visitors can look forward to a host of cartoon-themed attractions that will captivate audiences of all ages. One of the major highlights is The Grand Parade\, where an impressive array of cartoon-inspired floats\, lovingly crafted by members of Noosa’s talented community\, will take centre stage. These imaginative displays promise a unique and engaging experience for everyone\, adding a playful touch to the show’s tradition. \nThough the agricultural and horticultural scene may have evolved over the years\, the show still celebrates its roots. Traditional competitions like horse events\, cattle showcases\, wood-chopping\, and displays of art\, craft\, poultry\, and cookery remain at the heart of the event. Visitors can also enjoy the Champion Dog Show\, performances by local school bands and choirs\, Miss Donna’s Magic Show\, Professor Wallace’s Puppets\, Street Science Shows\, and Reptile Awareness workshops. Roving entertainers\, including balloon twisters and stilt walkers\, will keep the excitement alive throughout the day. \nAs the sun sets\, the evening entertainment ramps up with spectacular fireworks\, live music from bands like The Claptomaniacs and Fonix\, and thrilling performances at the Honky Tonk Rodeo.
