With stunning views of Kings Beach and a relaxed picnic atmosphere\, families are encouraged to bring a blanket and settle in for a full day of enjoyment. \nStage Show – Ticketed Experience\nFamilies can choose between two sessions\, each offering live music\, food fun\, and a highly anticipated interactive Bluey performance. Tickets must be purchased online in advance and are limited. \nSession 1 \n\n10.30am – Gates open\n11.00am – Keepy Uppy Entertainment\n11.30am – 4 Ingredients Pavlova Decorating Competition\n12.00pm – Live music with Izzy and Dave\n12.30pm – Bluey Live Interactive Experience\n1.00pm – Session concludes\n\nSession 2 \n\n2.00pm – Gates open\n2.00pm – Keepy Uppy Entertainment\n2.30pm – 4 Ingredients Pavlova Decorating Competition\n3.00pm – Live music with Izzy and Dave\n3.30pm – Bluey Live Interactive Experience\n4.00pm – Session concludes\n\nGuests will have access to the broader event precinct during their visit and may exit the amphitheatre to purchase food and drinks from the nearby stalls. \nPlease note that dogs are not permitted within the Kings Beach Amphitheatre. \nFree Activation Zone – Open to the Public\nAdjacent to the stage area\, the Activation Zone offers a day-long\, free-to-access experience filled with family activities\, creative workshops\, and community engagement. \nHighlights include: \n\nLibrary Playground and Bluey book giveaway (1\,000 books available)\nWorm farm and composting education\nCommunity garden and beehive demonstrations\nFace painting\, lawn games\, and a petting zoo\nLocal food and coffee stalls\nCoastal Caring Clowns and roaming entertainment\n\nNo bookings are required for the Activation Zone\, and families are welcome to explore at their own pace throughout the day. \nSustainability is encouraged with bike and pram parking available\, and Containers for Change will be operating on-site for bottle and can returns. \nPicnic on Kings is a flagship event of The Curated Plate’s opening weekend\, launching ten days of delicious discovery across the Sunshine Coast. DESCRIPTION:Miniature Railway Public Day – Nambour\nVisitors can enjoy a ride on the miniature railway in Nambour\, with trains powered by steam\, battery\, and petrol engines traveling nearly 1 km of track through the park.\nTrain rides are available every fourth Sunday of the month. \nVolunteers bring their own miniature locomotives to the track to allow the public to ride on the trains. The Club also owns steam and electric locomotives and many passenger carriages. \nDrinks and a sausage sizzle are available\, making it a great day out for little train enthusiasts.
