Additionally\, an aerial platform from Hendra Fire Station and an emergency tender from Chermside will be showcased. \nThe event will also feature a kitchen simulator demonstration\, showing how fat and oil fires can ignite and the best actions to take in such emergencies. \nApproximately 16-18 staff members will be available to answer questions and provide valuable information about fire safety.
