Help Piper the Pied Oystercatcher peer into the secret world of our resident shorebirds and uncover the hidden wonders of local wildlife along the way. \nThrough interactive questions and augmented reality\, children and families will become Secret Agents to uncover the mysteries of nature. Through this app\, our world transforms into a fun and engaging digital game. \nHow to play\nBefore you visit our environment centres\, download the free Agents of Discovery app onto your smart device\, available from any app store. \nSelect and download the available Mission\, either: \n\n\n\nExplore Kumbartcho\nDiscovery Osprey House\nDiscover CREEC\nMoreton Bay Shorebirds\n\n\n\nOnce at the environment centre\, you can begin your adventure by loading the first ‘Challenge’ question. \nYou’re on your way! DESCRIPTION:Nature Explorer Campaign\nA new regional initiative is combining technology and outdoor education to engage kids in a big way. The Nature Explorer Campaign\, powered by Agents of Discovery®\, is transforming public spaces across the region into dynamic learning environments using augmented reality (AR). \nFrom the City of Moreton Bay to Fraser Coast Regional Council\, participating partners are hosting interactive educational “Missions” on the free Agents of Discovery app. The app challenges kids—called “Agents”—to complete STEM- and nature-based challenges while exploring local parks and landmarks. \nPartners include:\nCity of Ipswich\nLogan City Council\nCity of Moreton Bay\nBrisbane City Council\nFraser Coast Regional Council \nJodie Hochmuth from Fraser Coast Regional Council said “We are really excited to be part of this year’s Nature Explorer Campaign; this is a great opportunity for families to visit our Garden and connect with nature – a fun school holiday activity for the kids”\nThe Missions are educational\, active\, and accessible—once downloaded\, they can be played without Wi-Fi or data\, making them ideal for all families. \nPlayers who complete Missions while logged in are automatically entered into a prize draw\, with more entries for each Mission completed.\nThe Nature Explorer Campaign runs from  \nTo learn more or try out a Mission\, visit: www.agentsofdiscovery.com \nNature Explorer Campaign event details \nWhen: Saturday 20th September to Monday 6th October 2025. \nWhere: Various locations across SE Queensland  \nCost: Free  \nMore information: Nature Explorer Campaign
