SUMMARY:Mulch Minion Trail
DESCRIPTION:Discover clever creations during the Mulch Minion Trail running across the northern Gold Coast between September and October 2026. Ideal for Brisbane kids and parents enjoying a school holiday road trip\, this free self-guided adventure invites families to spot Minion-themed sugar cane mulch sculptures throughout Yatala\, Stapylton\, and Jacobs Well. \nMulch Minion Trail 2026\nThe Minion Trail returns\, running from Monday 28 September through to Monday 5 October. Held annually in the cane fields of the Gold Coast\, this much-loved community event transforms sugar cane mulch bales into colourful Minion-themed sculptures\, creating a trail of fun for families to discover during the school holidays. \nResidents\, community groups\, and local businesses take part by crafting imaginative Minion figures from sugar cane mulch and other materials. These creations are then displayed along a designated trail through the cane fields and surrounding suburbs\, including Yatala\, Stapylton\, Jacobs Well\, and Norwell. Families can drive or walk the route to spot each Minion\, making it an interactive way to explore the region while enjoying some holiday fun. \nThe trail map is now available on the event’s Facebook page\, so visitors can plan their adventure and experience the full display of creativity on show. \nPlan your visit\nWhen: Monday 28th September to Monday 5th October 2026 \nWhere: Various locations around the northern Gold Coast \nMore information Mulch Minion Festival and trail map available on the Exit 38 Tourism Facebook page here
