It is a must-visit cultural celebration for Queensland kids and parents seeking creative community fun. \nJumpers & Jazz in July 2026\nJumpers & Jazz in July is a much-loved winter festival held in Warwick\, around a couple of hours from Brisbane and well worth the road trip. Returning in July 2026\, this quirky Queensland event transforms the town into a vibrant outdoor gallery of colour\, creativity and sound. \nAcross ten winter days\, Warwick comes alive with yarn-bombed trees\, textile art installations\, live jazz performances\, artisan markets\, workshops\, swing dancing\, vintage car displays and delightfully offbeat events\, including dachshund walks. Music spills from venues throughout the town\, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere that celebrates creativity and community spirit. \nFirst launched in 2004 by the Warwick Art Gallery\, the festival began as a positive response to a CBD streetscape upgrade and has since grown into one of Queensland’s most unique cultural events. Today it attracts tens of thousands of visitors from across the state and beyond\, far exceeding the town’s population. \nAccommodation books out quickly\, so early planning is recommended. \nThe Yarntopians have revealed the theme for their 2026 installation\, and as part of Jumpers and Jazz in July\, we’re heading deep into an underwater world with Submerged. Flowing textures.
