DESCRIPTION:Clydesdale Spectacular \nThe 2026 event will be on 11 to 14 June 2026\, TICKETS ON SALE JANUARY 2026 \n– this event will be update with new information as it’s available\, until then – check out what happened last year below.. \n2025 info… \nThe Scenic Rim Clydesdale Spectacular returns to the Beaudesert Showgrounds in June\, bringing with it two unforgettable days of tradition\, heritage\, and horsepower. Recognised as the richest Clydesdale Show in the Southern Hemisphere\, this much-anticipated event celebrates all Clydesdales great and small – from tiny Shetland ponies to towering Shire horses. \nAcross the weekend\, the gentle giants of the horse world take centre stage as grand champions are judged\, rare trades are demonstrated\, and the breed’s rich history in Australia is honoured. Visitors can witness traditional skills like blacksmithing\, harness making\, and wheelwrighting\, along with horse-drawn demonstrations and impressive driving displays in the main arena. \nThe event also features a jam-packed program of entertainment including the Queensland Whip Cracking Championships\, World Billy Boiling Championships\, working dog demonstrations\, and elegant performances by the Friesian Horse Troupe. New in 2025\, the World Plaiting Titles will be held\, drawing top competitors from across Australia and beyond. \nIn a tribute to the region’s Scottish roots\, the weekend will also include a powerful massing of Pipes and Drums\, the Calling of the Clans\, a Clydesdale and Clan class\, and traditional caber tossing.
