DESCRIPTION:Gold Coast Lapidary Club Annual Gem and Craft Show\nThe Gold Coast Lapidary Club is celebrating its 60th Annual Gem and Craft Show\, promising a fun-filled day for the whole family. Whether you’re a seasoned gem enthusiast or simply curious about the world of lapidary\, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. \nThe event will feature a variety of stalls showcasing the latest in lapidary equipment\, jewellery findings\, finished jewellery\, and slabs of rough material. Visitors can watch live demonstrations of gem cutting\, silver and gold jewellery making\, and explore stunning displays of members’ work. Competitions will be held for both open and novice classes\, while kids can try their luck fossicking for treasures. \nEach paying entry will receive two free raffle tickets\, with thousands of dollars worth of prizes up for grabs. A selection of delicious food and drinks will be available from the kitchen and barbecue. \nThe annual show is also a great opportunity for visitors to learn more about lapidary\, a rewarding hobby that transforms rough stones into beautiful pieces of jewellery.
