SUMMARY:Clean Up for Hatchlings - Sunshine Coast
DESCRIPTION:Clean Up for Hatchlings – Sunshine Coast\nSunshine Coast Council\, in collaboration with TurtleCare Sunshine Coast\, ReefCheck Australia\, SeaLife Trust\, and Kabi Kabi Peoples Aboriginal Corporation\, invites the community to come together to help clean up Sunshine Coast beaches in preparation for hatchling turtles. \nEvent Details: \n6:00am – 7:30am: Beach clean-ups at various locations from Coolum to Caloundra. Volunteers can register to join one of 18 clean-up sites along the coast. \n8:00am – 10:00am: Thank-you celebration at Coopers Lookout Park\, on the south side of Kawana Surf Club\, Pacific Blvd\, Buddina\, QLD 4575. Don’t worry if you don’t have your own seating – we’ve got plenty of chairs for everyone.
