Botanic Drive Playground, Brookwater.
This Brisbane park is located in a lovely tranquil spot surrounded by tress and gardens.
It has two playgrounds suited to two different age groups of Brisbane Kids so everyone can find something to do. Two sets of swings (big kids & babies) The park is designed on a split level area with the playgrounds on separate levels. The younger kids area also has a huge sandpit. There is also a half basketball court and huge open area for running around. Two picnic table areas (one under cover) and an electric BBQ. Everything you need for a beautiful family day out except for toilets which I understand to be at some shops nearby- history shows that toilets follow about 6 months after playground creation so shouldn’t be too long- if you are a local it would be worth having a chat to your local councilor.
