Meet Santa and Mrs Claus in person for festive photos and magical holiday memories with the family. While you’re here, explore Santa’s Grotto & Letter Writing Station – the Toy Hall of Fame transformed into a cosy Christmas wonderland complete with sparkling decorations and Santa’s iconic red chair. Kids can write their wish lists and post them in the Christmas Mail Box!

Don’t forget to join the Elf on the Shelf Museum Scavenger Hunt — six cheeky elves are hiding among the exhibits. Can you find them all?
