Goodna Jacaranda Festival 2027
The Goodna Jacaranda Festival returns in October 2027 for a massive community celebration at Evan Marginson Park. Local Brisbane families can enjoy two days of live music, market stalls, and a thrilling sideshow alley under the purple blooms. With dedicated kids’ activities and spectacular fireworks, it is an essential springtime event for the whole region. (Due to rain this event was cancelled in 2026)
Goodna Jacaranda Festival 2027
The Goodna Jacaranda Festival is one of South East Queensland’s favourite community celebrations, bringing people from across the region together for two unforgettable days under the purple blooms. From 29-30 October 2027, Evan Marginson Park will be buzzing with colour, music, food, and family fun.
Thrill seekers can take on the excitement of sideshow alley, while chill seekers relax to the sounds of free live music and entertainment all weekend. Families will find endless fun with kids’ rides, activities, and entertainment designed especially for the youngest festival-goers.
Across the park, discover bustling market stalls and indulge in delicious food and drinks. The main stage will host a packed program of live music, cultural performances, and local talent, keeping the crowds entertained day and night.
Festival highlights include dazzling fireworks, more rides than ever before, and an even bigger variety of food stalls. With something for everyone, the Goodna Jacaranda Festival is the perfect way to celebrate spring in full bloom.

When: Friday 29th October & Saturday 30th October 2027. Gates open 4pm Friday and 8am Saturday, and the festival closes at 10pm nightly.
