St Margaret’s 2025 Open Morning
Held during EKKA Week, the second Open Morning for 2025 offers prospective families a valuable opportunity to experience life at the School. Guests will hear from Principal Ms Ros Curtis AM before taking a student-led tour of the campus, including classrooms, facilities, and the boarding house. The morning concludes with a relaxed morning tea on the terraces, where senior staff will be available to answer questions and share insights.
Event Format
Philip Harris Gym
- 8:30am – Registrations open, accompanied by live performances from the School’s music students
- 9:00am – Principal’s Address by Ms Ros Curtis AM
- 9:30am – Student-led guided tours of the Primary and Secondary Schools, including classroom visits and a tour of the boarding house
- 10:30am–11:30am – Morning tea in the Arts Centre Foyer, with stunning views over the Brisbane skyline. Senior staff will host curriculum and co-curricular displays
Visitor Information
Guests are asked to enter via Lapraik Street (Gate 5) or Butler Street (Gate 4), where they will be directed to the Philip Harris Gym. Registration is from 8:30am to 8:45am.
To preserve the gym’s oak sprung flooring, flat-soled shoes are required, and drinks are not permitted inside.
When parking nearby, guests are kindly asked to respect local residents by avoiding driveways.
