Ipswich City Council FREE Pool Day
Ipswich City Council’s Free Pool Day returns on Monday as a popular summer tradition, offering residents the chance to enjoy a refreshing and active day out at local swim centres.
All Ipswich City Council-owned pools will be open with free entry, providing families and individuals with an opportunity to cool off, spend time together and make the most of the city’s aquatic facilities during the warmer months. The initiative has been running since 1997 and continues to be a well-supported community event.
Visitors are encouraged to stay sun safe while enjoying the pools and to take advantage of the city’s range of aquatic and splash play spaces beyond the day itself.
Free entry applies at the following swim centres:
- Bundamba Swim Centre
- Goodna Aquatic Centre
- Rosewood Aquatic Centre
- Georgie Conway Leichhardt Community Swim Centre.
