Lunar New Year – Lighting New Beginnings

Ignite your spirit at Newmarket! Lighting New Beginnings is a Lunar New Year night market hosted by the Multicultural Community Centre, welcoming the Year of the Horse and celebrating community and prosperity.

Enjoy cultural performances indoors and outdoors, including a Chinese drum act, a lion dance, singers, and traditional dancers. Also, great food and sweet treats, local vendors, and festive decorations throughout the market.

Families are welcome, kids can be mini detectives in our zodiac scavenger hunt, have fun on the jumping castle, and more. Join us to create together a night to remember!
