Aussie Summer Family Fun Day

This summer, families are invited to a fun-filled day celebrating all things Australian. Meet friendly native animals and learn about the best native plants for your garden, with a free seedling to take home and start growing.

Bring a picnic to enjoy under the gumtrees or play on the grass with hula hoops. Escape the summer heat inside the museum while exploring Defining Symbols of Australia, a touring exhibition from the National Museum of Australia.

Get creative with an art activity inspired by what makes Australia iconic to you. This free event requires no bookings, making it a perfect day out for everyone.

The museum is open Wednesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
