Batty Halloween in the Park 2026
Batty Halloween in the Park is a free family afternoon at Usher Park, all about the night-time pollinators that play an important role in our environment. Local bat experts from Bats Qld are on hand to share what makes these mammals so amazing.
Families can enjoy crafty and outdoor bat-themed activities, meet a flying-fox and learn more about these incredible animals. As the sun sets, the event wraps up with a sausage sizzle and a chance to watch the nearby flying-foxes take flight in search of their evening meal. Dressing up with family and friends is encouraged.
