Presented by the Sunshine Coast Council, this FREE family event is a celebration of the Paris 24 Olympic and Paralympic Games and an exciting countdown to the Brisbane 2032 Olympics!
Families are invited to enjoy a delightful afternoon that includes a movie in the park, engaging kids’ activities, and live Olympic broadcasts, all amidst the aroma of French-inspired food crafted from local ingredients.
Be sure to bring a picnic blanket and join in the fun with:
– A special screening of the Olympic classic, *Cool Runnings*
– Delicious offerings from French-inspired food trucks using local produce
– The excitement of the Paris 24 Olympics Opening Ceremony
– A LIVE broadcast of the Aussie Boomers’ first Olympic Basketball Game
– Kids’ activities provided by Motiv8sports, face painting, and more
