Step into a world of magic, imagination and wonder at the Buderim Fairy Festival 2026, presented by DC World Entertainment.
It’s time to start planning a fairy costume! Grab some wings, dust off the crown, sprinkle on some fairy dust, and get ready for a magical day full of fun, creativity, music and enchantment.
Dressing up and joining the All Ages Fairy Parade gives entrants the chance to win $200+ in prizes. Whether coming as a fairy, elf, wizard, pixie, woodland creature, or magical character of your own creation, everyone’s imagination is welcome.
The day is packed with fun, including fairy-themed activities, live music and dance performances from cultures around the world, hands-on workshops, bubbles, games and magical surprises, nature-inspired fun, and the All Ages Fairy Parade with a Best Dressed competition. There will also be face painting, hula and poi workshops, weaving, giant bubbles, and wandering fairy characters throughout the park.
Whether you’re five or ninety-five, there’s something magical waiting for everyone.
The festival is free to attend and open to the whole community, celebrating imagination, creativity, culture and connection on the Sunshine Coast.
