City Hall Drawing Tour with Renee Kire
Curious minds of all ages are welcome to see, draw and discover the architecture of Brisbane City Hall in this special artist-led drawing tour with Museum of Brisbane Artist in Residence Renee Kire. The guided experience brings together City Hall history, architectural insights and Renee’s artistic practice, with participants exploring shape, scale and rhythm to gain a fresh perspective on the iconic building.
The tours form part of Renee Kire’s residency at Museum of Brisbane, which celebrates City Hall’s architecture and urban landscape through bold abstract forms that will transform the Museum’s entryway. All drawing materials are provided and no prior drawing experience is necessary.
Tours depart from Museum of Brisbane reception on Level 3, City Hall. Each tour runs for approximately one hour and is suitable for all fitness levels, though participants should note the tour includes stairs.
