The annual Currumbin Christmas Carols return in 2026 and celebrate a special milestone: 10 years of Christmas carols in Currumbin. The free community celebration is hosted by Division 14 Councillor Gail O’Neill, City of Gold Coast.
The evening features live stage performances, Christmas carols, kids’ entertainment, family activities and roving performers. Santa makes a visit, and the night finishes with a spectacular laser light show. Food trucks and stalls offer a range of food, drink and market options.
Tickets are not required, and no roads are closed. Families are encouraged to bring picnic chairs and their Christmas spirit to sing, dance and celebrate together.
Getting there
Parking around the park and side streets is limited. Visitors are encouraged to walk, ride, scoot, take public transport or use a rideshare.
Good to know
- Alcohol is not permitted on site.
- Pets are allowed if they are on a lead and under control, but the event will be busy and loud, so it may be best to leave them at home.
- Photographers and videographers may be at the event.
- Lost property can be handed in at the Event Managers information tent.
