The Scenic Rim is coming to Brisbane with the return of the Farm Gate to City Door Market at Breakfast Creek Lifestyle Precinct on Saturday 24th May, this popular gourmet event will feature a curated selection of 11 Scenic Rim stallholders offering the region’s finest farm-fresh produce and artisan goods.
Visitors can browse a delicious array of seasonal vegetables, farm-direct meats, handcrafted dairy, boutique spirits, freshly baked breads and more. A favourite with Brisbane foodies, the market celebrates the rich flavours and craftsmanship of the Scenic Rim’s fertile food bowl, set in the foothills of the Great Dividing Range.
Among the highlights will be Tommerup’s Dairy Farm, with their award-winning salted cultured butter, artisan cheeses, fresh cream, yoghurt, popcorn ice cream and heirloom cornmeal. Shoppers can also discover goat milk soaps and aromatherapy gift sets, boutique vermouths and gins, rosella jam and honey straight from the hive.
