
Honey Farm Reserve Community Planting – Sunshine Coast
Sunshine Coast Council – BushCare Sunshine Coast and Currimundi Catchment Care Group are thrilled to host a school holiday event where 1,000 native plants are planted to support koalas, grey-headed flying foxes, and other wildlife. This event is perfect for families, friends, and nature lovers.
This is a FREE event, but bookings are essential.
Participants can enjoy a free sausage sizzle with a vegetarian option available. Guided bird walks will be offered, but booking is required. All tools, plants, gloves, and guidance will be provided.
Please wear enclosed shoes and sun-safe clothing, and bring your own water bottle. Registered participants will receive clear directions via email closer to the event. The planting area is near the car park.
