Kids Takeover RPAC schedule
Showmen – 2pm, Wednesday, 26th June 2024
Prepare to experience a jaw dropping spectacle of live magic, illusions, circus, and stunts with Showmen – a supergroup of conjurors, tricksters, comedians, daredevils, contortionists, dancers and more!

Join biology teachers Oesoph A. Gus and Dewey Dean as they embark upon an utterly brilliant all-singing, all-dancing (and all-clowning!) exploration of every twisting tube and remarkable organ — with sketches, songs, and sensational science.

Brat Kids Carnival – 11am & 2pm, Friday 28th June 2024
This show has been created specially to get youngsters excited about expressing themselves, watching top notch circus superstars and getting out of their chairs to have a boogie. Hula hoops at top speed, acrobatics at alarming heights and seriously cheeky clowning antics, put on your party outfit and join the Brat Carnival!

Pat Malone’s Magic Garden – 10am, Friday 28th & Saturday 29th June 2024
Join Pat Malone, a bush adventurer and Mythical Creature Researcher as he embarks on specialized research into Autonomous Imaginary Species, or A.I.S. Blending physical theatre, circus and dance with a good old fashioned ‘Aussie yarn’, this iconic piece has been adored by children and adults alike.

Join award-winning children’s performer Lucas Proudfoot on a non-stop musical adventure around Pelican Bay. This groundbreaking comedy-musical features choreographed animated projections that delight and captivate little ones (and big ones!) as Lucas leads them on a hilarious interactive sing-along adventure.

Flipside Circus Aerial Workshops – 12pm & 4:15pm, Wednesday 26th June | 11am & 2pm, Thursday 27th June | 12pm & 3pm, Friday 28th & Saturday 29th June 2024
Roll Up! Roll Up! It’s time to run away to the circus for 90 minutes of aerial fun with Flipside Circus. Learn the trapeze and silks in this mini-master class for children aged 4 – 16 years.

You can also enjoy FREE drop-in circus sessions with Flipside Circus throughout the day. These fun sessions give you the chance to come and try your hand at basic ground-based circus skills, including hula hoops, juggling, poi spinning and more.

Art Maker FREE Drop In Sessions – 1pm-5pm, Wednesday 26th June | 9am-3pm, Thursday 27th, Friday 28th & Saturday 29th June 2024
Chez Beauvardia presents these workshops, putting young artists in the spotlight to craft unique pieces reflecting nature, environment, and community, tying into RPAC performances takin place across the four days of school holiday festival fun. The activity involves creating layered paper flowers under the theme “Growing from the Ground Up – From Blossom to Bloom”, symbolizing personal growth.

With the exception of the free drop in sessions, ticket bookings are required for all shows and activities.
Workshops can be booked at the end of your performance booking for $10, and day passes are available for Thursday, Friday and Saturday so you can enjoy multiple performances at a special reduced ticket price of just $20 per show.
