Make it Slow: IAG Kids X Slow Art Collective

IAG Kids x Slow Art Collective

IAG Kids x Slow Art Collective

This summer, visitors are invited to explore a hands-on, immersive exhibition where everyone is encouraged to participate. Using everyday repurposed materials, they can be transported into new creative spaces. The focus is not on the final product, but on the process of making, offering a chance to slow down and engage deeply with the act of creation.

The interactive installation invites audiences of all ages to explore themes of creativity, environmental sustainability, DIY culture, and collaboration. It embodies the concept of ‘slow art,’ promoting meaningful exchanges over quick monetary transactions, and fosters cultural absorption through community connections by creating something together. This practice blurs the boundary between artists and viewers, offering an alternative approach to contemporary art that tackles real-world issues.

The exhibition is proudly presented by the Slow Art Collective, featuring interdisciplinary artists Chaco Kato and Dylan Martorell.
