Moreton Bay Emergency Services Expo @ Woodford
The Emergency Services Expo is an unmissable opportunity to meet the local heroes who work tirelessly to keep the community safe. This exciting event will bring together a wide range of emergency services, including Queensland Police, Queensland Ambulance Service, SES, Queensland Fire and Emergency Services, Australian Red Cross, LifeFlight Australia, and many more.
Visitors will have the chance to explore emergency service vehicles and equipment up close while learning about the vital work these services perform. Highlights include sounding the sirens in a police car, discovering what it takes to be an SES volunteer, using the fire hose on a rural firefighting truck, stepping inside an ambulance, and much more!
The event offers an engaging experience for all ages, with plenty of interactive displays, live demonstrations, and educational activities. The main arena will host a packed program of demonstrations running from 9 am to 1 pm, showcasing the skills and expertise of these dedicated professionals.
Visitors can also meet the incredible men and women behind the uniforms, hear their stories, and learn about opportunities to get involved in supporting community safety.
