Movies Under the Stars @ Elanora
Eddie Kornhauser Recreational Reserve will host a free outdoor cinema event, offering an evening of entertainment for families and friends under the stars. As part of the City of Gold Coast’s Movies Under the Stars program, this family-friendly event runs from September 2024 to April 2025 across various locations.
Guests are encouraged to pack a picnic or explore the delicious food options available nearby. The event kicks off at 5pm with a charity sausage sizzle, an ice-cream truck, and free interactive kids’ activities provided by Sparky Do Dah. The feature movie will begin at 7pm, making for a perfect night of community fun.
Movie: The Wild Robot
After a shipwreck, an intelligent robot called Roz is stranded on an uninhabited island. To survive the harsh environment, Roz bonds with the island’s animals and cares for an orphaned baby goose.
