Paw-ty in the Park

30 August, 2025
Paw-ty in the Park at Newstead

Paw-ty in the Park at Newstead

Celebrate Dog’s Day at Paw-ty in the Park with a tail-wagging program of activities designed for dogs and their humans to enjoy together. The event will feature live music, coffee, and snacks, alongside a dedicated dog play course and cardio sessions with Bowie from Total Fusion at Newstead.

Dogs can strut their stuff on the Pupparazzi red carpet, receive free dental checks from Newstead Vets, and pick up expert performance tips to bring out their best. Market stalls will offer a variety of canine treats, accessories, and gifts, while a live “paw-trait” painter will capture four-legged friends on canvas.

Families can enjoy a free kids’ area with painting activities, and there will be opportunities to win prizes on the day. Squishy Faces Rescue and Rehome is the chosen charity, with raffle ticket sales helping raise vital funds for their work. This free community event promises a fun and engaging morning for dog lovers of all ages.
