This highly anticipated community event features completely free rides, a petting zoo, kids’ activities, and live local performances, making it the ultimate budget-friendly weekend outing to enjoy with a picnic blanket in the winter sunshine.

The Wamuran Lions Family Carnival returns in July 2026.
Entry is completely free, and so are the rides! Bring the whole family and enjoy a fun-filled day packed with free rides for all ages, a petting zoo, children’s activities, sideshow alley games, market stalls, and live music playing throughout the day. School dance and singing performances add to the festive atmosphere, alongside a great range of food and drink vendors to keep everyone fuelled.
Tables and chairs will be available, but guests are encouraged to bring a picnic rug and make a day of it. To support local groups, please bring cash and gold coins where possible.
Please note this is an alcohol-free and pet-free event.
