Redlands Coast Museum Open Day and Rebrand Launch
The Redlands Coast Museum is celebrating its rebrand with a special Open Day on Saturday, 29th March 2025, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. This free, family-friendly event invites visitors to explore the museum’s new theme, Real People, Real Stories, which pays tribute to the rich history and diverse community of the Redlands Coast.
Throughout the day, passionate volunteers will bring history to life, guiding guests through interactive displays and fascinating artefacts. Guided tours will be available at 10:30 am and 11:30 am, offering a deeper insight into key exhibits, hands-on demonstrations, and even a fun session at the pianola—complete with the famous Chicken Dance!
Families can also enjoy a meal or snack from the Radio Room Café, which will be serving a variety of delicious options.
This is a fantastic opportunity to experience the museum in a whole new way. With free entry and plenty to see and do, it’s the perfect day out for history lovers of all ages. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
