ANCWF Multicultural Festival Gold Coast
The ANCWF Multicultural Festival invites the community to do culture, not just watch it, with the Gold Coast’s most interactive cultural celebration. This family-friendly event showcases the region’s rich diversity through hands-on experiences, live entertainment and global flavours.
Visitors can take part in a wide range of cultural workshops, including Chinese knot making, Japanese Kendo, Filipino dance, Sikh turban wrapping, henna art, Afghan kite making, Persian tile painting, Ethiopian coffee making, and even classic Australian party games. These activities provide a unique opportunity to learn, connect and celebrate traditions from around the world.
Alongside the workshops, the festival features live performances, market stalls, delicious international cuisines and a mini Holi Festival of Colours. This joyful explosion of colour is one of the highlights of the day and a favourite for families and friends.
The ANCWF Multicultural Festival is free to attend and welcomes everyone to join in a celebration of culture, connection and community.
