Beenleigh Historical Village Easter Picnic

4 April
Beenleigh Historical Village Easter Picnic

Beenleigh Historical Village Easter Picnic

Celebrate the season with a charming community gathering at the Beenleigh Historical Village Easter Picnic. This special event offers a wonderful opportunity for local residents to explore the grounds while supporting a meaningful cause. All proceeds from the day contribute directly to the restoration of the heritage-listed St Georges Anglican Church, ensuring local history remains preserved for future generations.

Children can participate in a unique egg hunt that puts a clever twist on tradition. Little ones can search through piles of sugar cane to discover hidden plastic eggs before heading to the General Store. There, the Easter Bunny waits to swap their finds for real chocolate treats, with every child guaranteed a sweet reward for their efforts. Beyond the hunt, families can browse various market stalls or showcase their creativity in the Easter Bonnet Parade, where participants across different age groups have the chance to win prizes.

With the cafe and gallery also open for visitors, it promises to be a relaxed and enjoyable day out for everyone.
