Roma Street Parkland is transforming into a whimsical wonderland for four days of free, activity-led fun. Proudly delivered by Brisbane City Council, this Mad Hatter-themed celebration is designed for families to explore at their own pace.
The Adventure Trail
Follow the trail through the parkland footprint and dive into hands-on workshops and high-energy entertainment. Kids who complete their adventure trail will be rewarded with a special Easter gift (choose from a chocolate egg or a bubble wand).
Easter Bonnet Making: Get creative with Bazil Grumble and craft your own masterpiece.
The Mad Hatter’s Parade: Join our MC, the Mad Hatter himself, for a daily bonnet parade.
Circus Skills: Learn to tumble and juggle with the experts from Flipside Circus.
Disco Dance Party: Shake out that holiday energy with Bop Till You Drop.
Lawn Games: Classic family fun available every day of the event.
The Big Sunday Guest
On Sunday, 5 April, the Easter Bunny will be visiting between 9am and 1pm for meet-and-greets.
*Note: Our bunny friend needs to hop off for short carrot breaks throughout the morning, so there may be brief gaps in appearances.
Picnic & Food Trucks
While the parkland is perfect for a BYO picnic, we have a fantastic lineup of local food trucks onsite daily to keep everyone fueled:
Sweet Treats: Gelato a Go-Go and The Donutters.
Coffee & Cold Drinks: Groupset Coffee and Nude Juice.
Lunch Options: El Corazon and Jessie and the Chef.
