  • AboutBrisbane Kids Creative was created by me! Ngaire Stirling. I wont pretend to talk in the third person about myself, instead let me tell you a bit about me and how 110.232.142.129/~brisba22 came about. At the time the domain name 110.232.142.129/~brisba22 came up for purchase I was a stay at home mum in the middle of a degree centred around journalism and PR. a couple of years earlier I had been contemplating returning to my previous career in marketing management and for a while I even tried. 3 months into a new role and it was clear that I had no passion for my old life and to make the decision to quit easier, my almost 2 year old at the time was not coping with childcare. So, as a family we made the decision for me to return to becoming a stay at home mum. About 1 years later or so.. 110.232.142.129/~brisba22 came up for sale. My friends had often commented on my ability to know exactly what was happening in Brisbane for kids. I had my son enrolled in some awesome activities and we often visited some great destinations. I loved finding fun things for us to doโ€ฆ

Brisbane is already well-known for being the hometown of popular animated series Bluey, but our city now has even more bragging rights as Bluey’s World is officially open! Offering a truly unique and engaging experience for any fan of the beloved blue heeler family, our super-excited team at Brisbane Kids has broken down everything you need to know about what to expect and how you can go about securing your ticket to this world-first tourism event.

Bluey’s World is open in Brisbane!

In what is considered a major coup for Brisbane, Bluey’s World has officially come to life at Northshore Hamilton. Billed as being a one-of-kind, immersive experience, the attraction is housed within an expansive 4,000sqm building and aims to transport visitors into the Heeler family’s iconic Queenslander home, backyard, and beyond!

With real-life sets and recognisable scenes filling the spaces, guests are invited to explore multiple rooms, meet the beloved characters, and embark on a multi-sensory interactive adventure with their family and friends.

Bluey’s World – What to expect

So, what can you expect from your Bluey’s World experience?

Sessions and Tickets

First thing’s first, you will need to select the day and session time your family will want to visit. Everyone who goes will need to purchase a ticket, except for children under two years, who can enter for free. Depending on whether your day is considered off-peak (usually weekdays) or during a peak period (weekends), you will be looking at a cost of either $49.90 or $64.90 per person. There are also sensory sessions that you can book into, for those with special needs.

The time needed to explore Bluey’s World is said to be between 80 minutes and 2 hours.

Bluey’s World highlights

With up to two hours spent immersing yourself in Bluey’s World, these are just some of the fun highlights you will encounter while there:

  • Visit Bluey, Bingo, Mum, and Dad in their beloved home and backyard.
  • Keep an eye out for those bin chickens before heading into the Heeler’s beautiful Queenslander.
  • Head down the hallway to the Heeler home’s living room. A guide will be waiting for you here and will help lead you through the rest of your adventure.
  • In the backyard, you can discover the giant cubby, complete with all its various rooms.
  • Step inside the girls’ bedroom, laid out as a replica of the one you have seen so many times on your TV screen.
  • Check out the playroom where you can enjoy a variety of interactive games and activities.
  • Make sure you keep your eyes peeled for surprises around every corner!
  • Head to the kitchen and have a go at decorating your own pavlova – just like Bluey.
  • Play beneath the giant poinciana tree outside.
  • Don’t forget to look inside Dad’s shed! There are even more surprises to be found in there.
  • Finish your day in Blueyโ€™s Brisbane neighbourhood, visiting the takeaway shop, playground, giftshop, and much more.

Bluey’s World – Group Bookings and Birthday Parties

Wynnum Whale Park, Bluey

How incredible would it be if your Bluey-obsessed child could celebrate their next birthday at Bluey’s actual home? Well, this dream can now be a reality for young Brisbane fans, with Bluey’s house also available for party bookings for groups of 12 or more children while it is open.

If you don’t need to book for a party but have a large group of friends that would all like to go together, then you may want to look into organising a group booking. Discounts for Blueyโ€™s World are available for groups of 15 or more tickets when booking for a weekday.

To find out more about organising a party or a group booking, you can send through an enquiry to the Bluey’s World team here.
