The brand new Angelina Ballerina stage show is anย all-singing, all-dancing musical theatre performance that will hit Brisbaneโs Queensland Performing Arts Centre in early 2014.
Audiences will be transported to Chipping Cheddar, where Angelina and her friends have just found out that Camembert Academy has the chance to be on their favourite TV program โDancing with Mice!โ. Unfortunately, the boys and girls at Camembert Academy just canโt agree on anything and they all have very different ideas for the show. Itโs up to Dance Captain Angelina to ensure the show goes ahead!
The national tour and Australian premiere ofย Angelina Ballerina The Mousicalย is based on award-winning childrenโs book series by author Katharine Holabird and illustrator Helen Craig. Angelina Ballerina was first launched in 1983 and has since garnered huge international acclaim, with over 20 books published and an animated television series broadcast in Australia, UK and US amongst other countries.
