I love the humble Milk Arrowroot biscuit at Easter time. The egg shape of the biscuit is wonderful. Just iced and decorated with sprinkles is a great activity for kids but you can decorate them as Bunnies with marshmallows, sprinkles and choc chips. The kids will love to help decorate these and they make a great last minute, quick treat for an Easter morning tea.

Ingredients:
Milk Arrowroot biscuits

• White icing
• White marshmallows
• Pink 100s and 1000s
• Choc chips

1. Ice the biscuits with the white icing.
2. Cut a marshmallow in half and use as the bunny’s tail.
3. Cut another marshmallow in half and squeeze at both ends to resemble ears.
4. Dip the sticky, cut side into 100s and 1000s.
5. Pop on the choc chips for the eyes.
