Get ready for an unforgettable afternoon of blues, funk, and rock on the lush green grass of Bulimba Memorial Park. Free entry and perfect for families, this community event features live music, local food, and good vibes.
Headlining the day is the Kevin Borich Express, fronted by one of Australia’s greatest and most legendary guitarists. With 58 years performing worldwide, Kevin Borich has shared the stage with the likes of Santana, Ron Wood, and John Mayall, and continues to deliver his signature Funkin’ Rockin’ Blues alongside Jon Carson on drums and Chris Gilbert on bass. More artist announcements are set to follow.
The afternoon will also feature street food and market stalls for a bite to eat or a unique local treasure, live music all afternoon ranging from soulful blues to funk-driven grooves, and a community bar supporting local initiatives and keeping spirits high.
Locals are encouraged to bring a picnic blanket, friends, and family for a sensational day of music on the grass of Memorial Park.
