Placing children at the centre of this engaging interactive experience, Glow & Tell blends the magic of light and the simplicity of storytelling.
Using UV light in a custom-built tent, the Cremorne Theatre is transformed into a magical performance space where stories and imagined worlds come alive as glowing drawings appear on the walls and floor.
Following the performance, participants are invited to create and illustrate their own stories in glowing UV light.
Each Glow & Tell story is created by Patch Theatre artist Edgell Junior Edgell (Ni-Vanuatu) who will share unique stories exploring themes of family and culture.
Recommended for children aged 4 to 8 years.
Children aged under 18 months are free and do not require a ticket.
Note:
- This performance takes place inside a tent. The space inside is small and moderately dark.
- A relaxed attitude is taken to noise and movement.
- Shoes need to be removed before entering the tent.
