The Moreton Bay Region festive season invites everyone to join the third of four signature Christmas carol events in the area. Pack some chairs or a picnic blanket and head to Kinsellas Sports Complex in North Lakes on Saturday, 30th November for a truly spectacular evening.
Twilight Markets & Food Trucks
Start your Christmas gift shopping early at the twilight markets. Stroll under festoon and festival lighting while exploring local crafts, jewellery, handmade goodies, toys, and more. Treat the family to a delicious meal from one of the many food trucks available at the event. There will be plenty of options to choose from.
Santa’s Village
Santa’s Village will be buzzing with excitement as children immerse themselves in the holiday spirit by participating in various Christmas activities.
Meet Santa
No Christmas event is complete without a visit from Santa. He will be available at selected times for meet and greets. It’s the perfect opportunity for little ones to share their Christmas wishes with Santa and snap a memorable photo.
Santa’s Workshop
Santa’s Workshop offers a creative haven for children of all ages. Kids can engage in craft activities, creating their own holiday-themed masterpieces to remember the event. Santa’s special North Pole Express Letterbox will also be inside Santa’s Workshop, allowing kids to write a letter to Santa and pop it into the mailbox themselves. Additionally, the workshop offers free face painting and a make-your-own Christmas photo frame activity, allowing children to transform into their favourite Christmas characters or embrace the spirit of the season with festive designs.
Roving Christmas Entertainers
Get into the festive spirit and take a picture with one of the fabulous roving entertainers at the North Lakes Christmas Carols.
Firework Display
Don’t miss the awe-inspiring firework display at 8pm to conclude the night’s festivities.
Ausbuild Main Stage
Bring your best vocals and enjoy a stellar line-up of local artists and community groups performing all your favourite Christmas carols. The evening promises lots of family-friendly entertainment, ensuring everyone can get into the spirit of the season.
