Scenic Rim Farm Gate Trail 2026

Scenic Rim Farm Gate Trail invites visitors to explore the region through a full day of farm visits, local produce and hands-on experiences. This seasonal event sees farmers, growers, producers and makers open their gates, offering a closer look at where food comes from and the people behind it.

Across the Scenic Rim, guests can enjoy everything from animal encounters and farm walks to petal walks, alpaca picnics and fresh produce straight from the paddock. Visitors can sample olives, cheese platters, local honey, garlic and more, as well as browse overflowing larders filled with regional specialties.

Experiences range from cuddling animals at Heritage Poultry and Towri Sheep Cheeses to visiting Naughty Little Kids for goat encounters and enjoying wine tastings at local vineyards. There are also opportunities for beer tastings at Boxer Brewing Co on Tamborine Mountain and brewery tours at Boonah Brewing Co.

With a strong focus on local food, community and connection, the Scenic Rim Farm Gate Trail offers a relaxed and rewarding way to discover the region’s farms, flavours and producers.
