Bankfoot House Heritage Precinct holiday program

Summer school holiday program at Bankfoot House and Landsborough Museum

Experience hands-on fun these school holidays at Bankfoot House Heritage Precinct from 1 December to 27 January. The precinct invites children to step back in time with Pioneer Play workshops, where they’ll discover what life was like for our early settlers.

Kids will learn how to turn cream into butter, wash clothes with a bit of elbow grease, and create their own entertainment—all without the help of modern technology. After the workshops, they can enjoy wooden games on the scenic two-acre property.

While the kids are engaged, caregivers can relax with complimentary tea or coffee and take in the stunning mountain views.

These workshops are low cost, but spaces are limited, so registration is essential. Don’t miss this opportunity to combine fun and history for a memorable family outing!
